My Supervision Approach

Having worked as an integrative, person-centered therapist in private practice for over six years, I now offer clinical supervision to student counsellors, newly qualified therapists, and experienced practitioners.

My aim is to provide a supportive, collaborative, and reflective supervisory relationship that helps you practice ethically, confidently, and effectively in accordance with your professional body’s ethical framework, level of training, experience, and preferred modality.

I offer a safe and supportive space in which to explore your client work, celebrate successes, and address any challenges you may encounter in your practice. Together, we can consider clinical concerns, professional development needs, ethical issues, and external factors that may be impacting on your work with clients.

For experienced practitioners, I offer a collegial and reflective space that promotes deeper self-awareness, ongoing professional development, and sustained ethical practice.
